What is the cost of the PERS-2400?
There is no equipment to buy and no long term contract. PERS-2400 rents for only $39 per month. There is also a one-time sign-up/activation fee of $50.

What do I get for $39.00 per month?
You get the PERS-2400 console with two-way voice (you and the emergency operator can speak with each other from almost any part of your home through a highly sensitive speaker and microphone. You don't even have to get to a telephone). You also get a waterproof pendant which can be worn as a necklace, wrist pendant, or on a belt clip (you can even wear it in the shower). Furthermore, you get a self-checking back-up battery in case the power goes out and 24 hour station monitoring. You are never alone!

Is PERS-2400 service easy to use?
Yes! PERS is an easy "plug and play" system and uses your existing phone outlet. Simply press the button on your emergency pendant any time you need help.

How about service and warranty?
Your PERS-2400 can protect anyone in the United States and Canada, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Because it uses toll-free 800 line you will never be billed for a phone call.

Can information be changed or updated after my PERS is set up?
Yes, whenever needed and at no charge.

Will the emergency operator be able to hear me from anywhere in my home?
The highly sensitive speaker and microphone amplifies both voices up to 15 times, enabling you and the operator to talk with each other from almost anywhere in your home. If your voice cannot be heard the operator will assume that you are in trouble and will summon help.

What if I am outside and fall or need help?
Your pendant can alert the operator from up to 150 feet from the base unit.

If I move can I take the system with me?
Yes, anywhere in the United States or Canada. Just notify us of your new address and changes of phone numbers for new location and emergency personnel to notify.
